Civil Forms

The online civil forms are the forms established by law (vide Schedule B of Chapter 12 of the Laws of Malta). According to law, in the civil courts all acts shall be drawn up in accordance with these forms. Therefore, these are used on a daily basis by members of the legal profession.

Once the required data is inserted in the appropriate fields, the form will generate and can be printed. For a form to be valid, it has to be signed by a lawyer and legal procurator according to what is stipulated in the law of procedure.
